I’m not sure if most artists feel the way I do, but oftentimes it’s difficult to let go and send my artwork off to its new home. I want to keep them all. Not realistic, but there you have it. For that reason, it’s so satisfying when my customers send me a snapshot once they’ve received their pastel of my work alongside the subject. The problem with mailing the pastels is that I don’t get to see “reactions”.
